Job Title: Team Administrator

Salary: Up to £35,000

We have a fantastic fully office-based opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated Team Administrator to join an independent creative project management company based in the Old Street/Liverpool Street area.

Part of a dynamic team in a varied and fast-paced role, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for marketing and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This role would suit someone who loves being the go-to person in an office, has some experience with marketing and loves to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

Ensure the smooth running of the office, support meetings and events, manage supplies and facilities and act as a friendly first point of contact.

Marketing Support:

Assist with bids, tenders and marketing materials, coordinate social media and events and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Project Administration:

Support project teams with documentation, reporting and organisation using systems such as SharePoint and Union Square.

About you

Experience with InDesign is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Marketing skills and an eye for branding. Strong administrative skills with proven experience in project administration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload. A proactive, approachable attitude with a strong customer service focus.
