Our client is a boutique merchant bank looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to act as a trusted right hand in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned EA who operates comfortably at the highest level, brings sound judgement, and thrives in complex, dynamic settings.

This position goes far beyond traditional EA support. You will be a true strategic partner—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring the Founder’s time, relationships, and objectives are optimised at all times.

The Role

  • Strategic diary and time management across multiple time zones
  • Acting as gatekeeper and trusted liaison with senior stakeholders, investors, advisors, and public figures
  • Preparing briefings, agendas, and background research
  • Coordinating complex international travel and high-level engagements
  • Managing highly sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Ensuring seamless execution across business and personal priorities
  • Driving operational efficiency and best-practice EA processes

The Candidate

You will be a polished, confident, and commercially astute Senior EA with proven experience supporting a high-profile or C-suite principal.

Essential:

  • Significant experience as a Senior / C-Suite Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
