We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation for a leading brand to support a small group of senior leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated PA who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Paying £50,000 + excellent benefits, this is a 12 month maternity cover with Fridays working from home and 4 days working in the west London office which has parking on-site. Please note this is a dog-friendly office so applicants must be happy with this.
The Role
Supporting a small leadership team of executives, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Working alongside another PA who supports the Founder, you will manage complex schedules and provide seamless administrative support at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinating high volumes of meetings and appointments
- Organising international travel, itineraries and expenses
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Creating mail merges and general document preparation
- Supporting planning and delivery of events, including team and company-wide initiatives
- Providing general PA and administrative support to ensure efficiency across the leadership team
- Building strong working relationships across the business
About You
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders in a similar industry
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint and Mail Merge)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a solution-focused mindset
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Team-orientated and collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment
