A fabulous large media agency based close to Oxford Circus tube station are seeking a part time Receptionist to work three days a week.
This role is initially working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday although this will change to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from May.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with them efficiently and with care.
- Announcing visitors' arrival.
- Taking bookings for meeting rooms.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are set up.
This is a large building and there are lots of visitors; someone who can maintain a smile and courteous manner even when busy is essential. The visitors range from well-known influencers to business people from leading companies. Everyone should be welcomed with equal warmth.
