We are a well-established recruitment business with an impressive client base across Central London. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high-energy, driven consultant to join our close-knit team and help develop our thriving temporary recruitment offering.
This role would suit someone who enjoys business development, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service to both clients and temporary workers. Previous experience working in a temp recruitment role, ideally within the London market, would be highly beneficial.
Although we operate as a fully remote business, this is a people-focused role, so you'll enjoy getting out to meet clients, networking, and building long-term partnerships. Our team also comes together in Central London once a month for a team meeting and lunch, providing a great opportunity to collaborate, share ideas and enjoy time together.
You’ll be joining a small team that genuinely enjoys working together, having a laugh, and supporting one another, whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards of service. You’ll inherit a warm desk with an established client base that will be transitioned over time, providing an excellent platform from which to grow.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, tenacious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build and develop a successful temps division. As the business continues to grow, there will be the opportunity to build and lead a team of your own.
