We have a fantastic fully office-based opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated Team Administrator to join an independent creative project management company based in the Old Street/Liverpool Street area.
Part of a dynamic team in a varied and fast-paced role, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for marketing and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This role would suit someone who loves being the go-to person in an office, has some experience with marketing and loves to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Ensure the smooth running of the office, support meetings and events, manage supplies and facilities and act as a friendly first point of contact.
- Marketing Support: Assist with bids, tenders and marketing materials, coordinate social media and events and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Project Administration: Support project teams with documentation, reporting and organisation using systems such as SharePoint and Union Square.
About you:
- Experience with InDesign is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Marketing skills and an eye for branding.
- Strong administrative skills with proven experience in project administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload.
