A successful and highly respected professional services firm is looking for an experienced Office & HR Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day office and people operations within a small, collaborative team.

Approximately 70% of the role focuses on office management and 30% on HR administration.

This is a hands‑on, standalone position suited to someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing practical support across the employee lifecycle.

You'll oversee office operations, supplier relationships, events, recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, benefits and employee queries.

Previous Office Management experience with strong HR administration exposure The confidence to work independently and build relationships with senior stakeholders Experience in a professional, fast‑paced environment Excellent organisational skills and sound judgement A proactive, approachable and practical working style This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a stable, long‑term part‑time role where they can make a genuine impact, enjoy meaningful ownership, and be a valued part of a high‑performing team.
