A respected and long-established non-profit organisation based in Central London is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join its team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining reception, office administration, bookings coordination, and communications support. As the first point of contact for visitors and building users, you'll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy community-focused organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception and visitor enquiries
- Coordinating room and event bookings
- Providing full administrative support
- Maintaining databases and records
- Assisting with newsletters, presentations, and communications
- Supporting digital engagement and social media activities
We're looking for someone with at least 6 months office admin experience, excellent customer service, organisational, and IT skills who enjoys working with a diverse range of people and can use their initiative in a busy environment.
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
