A fast‑paced, FTSE listed engineering company is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who has worked for a CEO or CFO within a Plc. The scope of this role goes well beyond diary management — ideal for someone smart, organised and confident operating with autonomy but who will also communicate effectively with the CEO.
You’ll manage the CEO’s time, priorities and inbox, coordinate complex international travel, act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, and take ownership of practical projects such as leadership events. You’ll also oversee the smooth running of a small executive office, including supplier liaison, office coordination and occasional light‑touch support to the wider leadership team.
You will be a natural people person who enjoys bringing the team together and promoting a positive office culture. We’re looking for an experienced EA who is proactive, calm under pressure and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll be personable, discreet, commercially aware and comfortable working at pace. Experience supporting at CEO or CFO within a public limited company is essential.
