A global investment firm with a fabulous office in London Bridge is recruiting for an Executive Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our two senior leaders in the Legal and Investment teams, with additional cover for our CEO and CIO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: London Bridge
Contract: Fixed term – 12 months
Hybrid Working: Office presence required Tuesday–Thursday each week
Duties:
- Diary management & meeting coordination
- Inbox management and prioritisation
- Travel booking and logistical arrangement
- Document management & high-level formatting
- Legal administration—proofreading, e-signatures, NDAs, KYC coordination & minute-taking
- Support with bid documents, presentations & supplier portal management
- Creating presentations, graphics and professional documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- Intelligent, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented
- 5 years EA experience supporting Senior Leadership
- An excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English
- Experienced in corporate or commercial environments (finance exposure beneficial)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, document production, and formatting
