We’re looking for an organised, proactive Legal Secretary/Administrator to join a leading London law firm in their busy, friendly and diverse Private Client team.
In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and documents, opening and closing files, maintaining databases, supporting financial and diary management, and coordinating team and business development meetings.
You’ll also act as a first point of contact for new enquiries, liaising with clients and assisting with marketing events.
We’re seeking someone with experience in a similar role, strong client-facing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in Private Client work.
A professional, flexible approach and commitment to confidentiality are essential.
