A prestigious global Executive Search consultancy in the centre of London is hiring an experienced Executive Search Executive Assistant with a strong background in project coordination.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting a senior consultant within a consultancy with high-level EA duties
- Coordinating projects end-to-end, including client liaison
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and extensive global travel
- Producing polished reports, presentations, and client packs
- Maintaining a sophisticated CRM/database
- Confident with systems, tools, and AI
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' EA/Business Partner experience within Executive Search
- Impeccable organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident managing sensitive information
The Details:
- £55,000 to £60,000 + bonus + exceptional benefits
- 9:00-5:30 | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
- Location: Mayfair
