A FTSE listed company based in Central London is seeking an EA to support the Global Head of HR and their HR team.
This is a varied but fairly traditional EA role. You will keep the diary, organise meetings, and arrange international travel. Responsibilities include taking calls, meeting visitors to the office, and managing the inbox.
Part of your role is to be the lynchpin for the wider HR team, which is based all over the world. You need to be team-oriented and able to build great relationships with your colleagues, organising meetings both in person and via video call.
On a monthly basis, you will manage reporting, collate information, and prepare presentations for meetings.
