Experienced in-house Event Organiser needed – Start ASAP (3–4 Month Booking)
We’re seeking an experienced in-house Event Organiser who is available to start immediately for a 3–4 month booking with one of our longstanding clients.
Our client is a global consultancy based in Mayfair, near Green Park, and the role offers a hybrid working pattern.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in planning and delivering a wide range of internal and external company events across the UK, including:
- Company summer party
- Networking events
- Client breakfasts and lunches
- External venue bookings
- Coordination of events within the firm’s internal event spaces
Some UK travel will be required during event delivery.
This role requires someone who is confident, highly organised, and experienced in end-to-end event coordination. The client needs someone who can hit the ground running.
