About the Role
Are you a hands-on logistics leader ready to make a big impact? We're on the hunt for a Warehouse Operations Manager to take the reins of our warehouse and logistics operations at a fast-growing supply chain business specialising in B2B and B2C logistics for ecommerce brands. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll be instrumental in scaling up our operations, driving efficiencies, optimising our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and leading a talented team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and managing the warehouse and logistics team
- Optimising space and workflows in the warehouse
- Driving WMS efficiency and warehouse structure planning
- Managing relationships with 3PL and courier partners
- Liaising with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
- Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Contributing to budget planning and performance tracking
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics/operations leadership (ideally in retail, e-commerce, or fashion)
- Deep understanding of WMS systems and hands-on experience optimising physical and digital warehouse setups
- Skilled in staff and shift management, third-party logistics coordination, and cost control
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
