Summary: Working Monday to Friday days. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Team Manager/Operations Manager to lead a 3PL operation within a fast-paced, multi-user FMCG site. You will be client facing in this role. This role reports directly to the Site Manager. This role spans ambient, chilled, and frozen environments, requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and can adapt quickly while maintaining high standards of performance and safety. You'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering outstanding service to multiple clients. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't just manage but wants to learn, grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team in a 3PL FMCG operation
- Drive performance, productivity, and service levels across a multi-client site
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and quality
- Act as a hands-on leader, actively supporting day-to-day operations
- Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in a Team Manager (or similar) role within a 3PL FMCG environment
