We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Site Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop the supply chain function within a manufacturing environment. Working closely with local and Group functions, you will develop effective site-level supply chain operations, playing a leading role in change and transformation, process implementation and continuous improvement, using data and insight to improve performance and build a high-performing supply chain organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Site Supply Chain function, managing, developing and coaching the team while building strong collaborative relationships across Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics and Group functions.
  • Lead and own the S&OE and S&OP processes, balancing global demand with site capacity, identifying risks and opportunities, developing scenarios and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of supply constraints.
  • Drive change, transformation and continuous improvement, implementing robust supply chain processes, improving ERP utilisation, enhancing planning capability and delivering measurable improvements in customer service, inventory, working capital and operational performance.
  • Own supply chain performance and KPIs, including forecast accuracy, production plan attainment and adherence, inventory, obsolescence and customer service, using data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive action.
  • Manage supply, inventory and working capital, ensuring effective stock deployment and safety stock levels.

Key Experience & Skills

  • Extensive experience in multi-site, global S&OP and lean supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or complex operational environment.
  • Proven experience of leading change and transformation, including process implementation, continuous improvement and embedding new ways of working to improve supply chain performance.
  • Strong people leadership and development experience, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams while effectively influencing within matrix organisations and across dotted-line relationships.
  • Experience working successfully in a multi-cultural, global environment, with excellent stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and geographies.
  • Highly analytical and commercially focused, with strong ERP and data skills, attention to detail, effective risk management capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into practical decisions and actions.
