Our client are continuing to expand and we are currently seeking an experienced Post Delivery Coordinator within their Operations team, supporting the delivery of large-scale contracts. The purpose of the role is to drive excellent internal and external performance across all areas of Post Delivery activity, in line with customer contractual requirements and legal compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle claims in line with RHA Conditions of Carriage, ensuring they are investigated, progressed and closed within the required timescales, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely communication with clients and operating partners to sustain high standards of service.
- Manage POD performance, ensuring PODs are captured, accurate and returned within the contracted timescale.
- Process and track returns, escalating where appropriate.
- Manage debrief performance through proactive haulier engagement and internal process improvement.
- Manage delivery exceptions, refusals and discrepancies, through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate databases and records, providing a full audit trail for all transactions with customers and subcontractors.
- Create and maintain reports as required, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
- Provide general support to the contract team and wider Operations team as required.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience handling claims is essential.
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience of using Windows 10 in a business capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, including a polite telephone manner.
