Summary: Working with a well established manufacturing business, part of a global Group, you will be responsible for managing Customer Services and worldwide Export. Liaising with customers, government border agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient customs compliance and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service and export operations, taking a hands on approach and taking corrective actions where applicable.
  • Arrange logistics providers, export certifications and commissions, manage customs procedures and assist with pricing enquiries.
  • Act as point of contact for trade compliance, customs and export control procedures and trade finance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar Export role, ideally with supervisory experience.
  • Proven depth of knowledge in global export customs and compliance.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial understanding.
  • IT knowledge; MS Office and ERP systems.
