Location: Northampton Salary: £95,000-£115,000, car, and excellent benefits package Summary: We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a large FMCG operation based in Northampton. This is a high-impact role for a strong, commercially driven leader who can manage significant operational scale while creating a culture that is inclusive, vibrant, innovative, and focused on making a genuine difference. The successful candidate will have a strong combination of freight and 3PL experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams and multiple support functions. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, customer service, and continuous improvement across the operation.
