Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a experienced Nights Warehouse Shift Manager for a busy FMCG distribution centre in Greenford. This Fixed-Term Contract role covers the night operation (8pm–7am, 4 on/4 off) and reports to the Senior Warehouse Logistics & Fulfilment Manager.
You will lead a team of warehouse colleagues, drive productivity and service targets, and develop people while ensuring high operational standards. This role is FTC until 31 January 2027.
