General Manager - Warehousing
Salary: £55,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the warehouse operation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse performance, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of business objectives.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
Manage and motivate a large operational team, fostering engagement and high performance.
