We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Logistics Operations Administrator to join a small team specialising in the area of clinical diagnostics.
You will provide essential administrative and logistical coordination, helping to ensure that customer logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across administration, logistics, customer support, and who is keen to develop their skills and take ownership of processes within a busy operational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high quality administrative and customer support in a highly regulated operation, including managing customer queries, invoicing, enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate international distribution activities, including planning, data management, packing, shipping and relevant documentation, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Support the organisation of meetings and events, including travel arrangements, venues, suppliers and on-site support, with occasional European travel.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes, using software and digital tools to increase efficiency and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Support the wider Operations teams with office administration, stock control, quality management activities, data loading and other operational tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, operations or customer service role, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage data, documentation and competing priorities effectively.
- Confident using IT systems (QMS) and software, with an interest in learning new systems and identifying ways to improve processes.
- Clear and professional communicator who can work effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership of tasks, work independently and contribute positively as part of a small team.
