Northampton or West Sussex - Hybrid working with travelSalary: £55,000-£60,000, car allowance and benefitsSummary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site 3PL operation, managing a varied portfolio of internal projects across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously, improving the way a business operates and turning ideas into practical, deliverable solutions. You will take ownership of a range of projects across the organisation, working closely with operational, commercial, IT and senior management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Site fit-outs and operational implementationsContinuous improvement and process optimisationIntegration projects across systems, sites and functionsIdentifying and implementing smarter ways of workingOperational change and business improvement initiativesSupporting automation, technology and systems improvementsManaging multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyNew DC/site openings and mobilisationKey Skills/Experience: A minimum of five years' project management experienceProven experience working within a 3PL FMCG environmentExperience managing projects across multiple sitesA strong understanding of operational environments and the challenges of implementing changeExperience delivering new site openings, mobilisation, fit-outs or similar large-scale projectsStrong continuous improvement and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same timeA structured, organised and commercially aware approachThe confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of workingStrong attention to detail, while being able to see the bigger pictureProcessing Your DataBis Henderson Recruitment is a leading provider of recruitment, interim management and consultancy services to the supply chain and logistics industry.
