We are seeking a Business Systems & Integration Analyst to support business systems, EDI integrations, and core data processes. The role works closely with IT, operational teams, and external partners to ensure systems and data flows are reliable, accurate, and well supported. This position is ideal for someone with experience in application or systems support who wants to develop further in EDI, integrations, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for business-critical systems
  • Investigate and resolve system, EDI, and data-related issues
  • Support and monitor existing EDI integrations and data interfaces
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and trading partners to resolve incidents
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and basic reporting
