Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Working closely with the Transport Planning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of transport activities while supporting a portfolio of high-profile customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Transport Planner with daily operational activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for collection depots and transport carriers.
- Coordinate and book collection times with relevant depots.
- Monitor trailer availability and utilisation across multiple locations.
- Proactively monitor operational activity and identify potential issues.
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on operational performance and exceptions.
- Track collections and maintain issue logs, escalating any anomalies as required.
- Ensure procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
