I'm currently recruiting for a Junior HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced 3rd Party Logistics business based in Ashby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain broader exposure to strategic HR, employee relations and operational leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- HR strategy and workforce planning
- Employee relations and complex case management
- TUPE and redundancy programmes
- Coaching and developing managers
- Supporting organisational change
- Improving HR processes and ways of working
- Leading and developing a small HR team
- Using people data and insight to support business decisions
Key Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a HRBP role or a strong Advisor capacity
- Exposure to HR strategy and the ability to translate business objectives into practical people initiatives
- Experience of managing a small HR team
- Strong experience handling complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence
- Hands-on experience with TUPE and redundancy processes
- The confidence to work closely with operational managers, providing robust and commercially focused HR advice
- Ideally, experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, manufacturing or another fast-paced environment
