The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for managing stock levels across finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to meet customer demand. This includes planning inbound supply from international suppliers, and ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time across our two warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and raise purchase orders; manage supplier performance (OTIF) and reconcile invoices
- Work closely with internal teams to align stock with demand and business plans
- Coordinate inbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Partner with the warehouse team to prioritise goods in
- Manage stock transfers between UK and European warehouses
- Organise stock checks and investigate stock discrepancies
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory planning or a similar supply-chain role (ideally in an eCommerce business with a high SKU count)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working in Excel
- High attention to detail; ability to spot trends and anomalies in data sets
- Comfortable using inventory management systems
- Clear communicator who can work across teams
