Warehouse Site Facilities Manager | Doncaster | £300-£325 per day We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Site Facilities Manager to join a busy logistics operation in Doncaster on an interim basis. You'll take some ownership of facilities, maintenance, compliance and contractor management. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping the buildings, equipment and wider site infrastructure safe, compliant and operational. The role will include: Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs * Overseeing onsite contractors and service providers, including RAMS, permits and sign-off * Managing building fabric, yards, offices, welfare facilities and site services * Managing soft services including cleaning, waste, pest control and grounds maintenance * Supporting MHE fleet management, supplier reviews and performance * Planning small works, improvements and lifecycle replacement projects * Managing site compliance across fire safety, legionella, electrical testing, LOLER, racking and wider H
