Warehouse Solutions Design Manager (Contract Logistics) 6-Month Contract Can be based out of any UK site, with high coverage in the Midlands, Yorkshire or the South of England.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Solutions Design Manager to support the design and delivery of warehouse solutions for new business opportunities and operational improvement projects within a leading contract logistics business.
Key
Responsibilities: Design innovative warehouse solutions for customer tenders and existing operations.
Develop warehouse layouts, process flows, labour models and capacity plans.
Produce cost models and operational proposals that are commercially viable.
Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Engineering and Finance teams to deliver winning solutions.
Analyse operational data to identify efficiency improvements and optimise warehouse performance.
Support customer presentations and solution reviews throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse solutions design within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labour modelling, layout design and operational costing.
Experience supporting tender responses and customer solution development.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience using Auto CAD and warehouse modelling tools desirable.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solutions professional to join a fast-paced logistics business and play a key role in delivering innovative warehouse solutions over an initial six-month contract.
