About the Role: We are on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Warehouse to join our senior operations team. You will oversee our warehousing operations across a site near Uttoxeter as the main location, Cheltenham (biweekly visit), and a site in Spain (once a quarter visit), ensuring efficiency, performance, and the highest standards of service in everything we do. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance through continuous improvement, champion a "right first time" approach, and empower teams to consistently exceed expectations. You will take ownership of operational KPIs, budgets, and resource planning to ensure we meet and surpass our goals today and into the future.
What You Will Do:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple in-house sites
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to deliver best-in-class execution
- Manage labour, engineering, and parts forecasting to ensure cost-effective, high-performance operations
- Own and manage weekly and monthly budgets, driving accountability across your teams
- Champion continuous improvement - identifying opportunities, challenging the norm, and delivering lasting impact
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Transport, Asset & Project Management) to deliver operational excellence
- Lead on health and safety compliance to keep our people and customers safe
- Shape short, medium, and long-term operational strategies in line with wider business objectives
