You will be responsible for overseeing inventory planning, warehouse operations, global logistics, and leading the demand planning strategy to support the efficient global movement of products. You will take a hands-on approach to managing a dynamic team, working closely with global commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure just-in-time inventory positioning and cost-effective delivery. Ideally, you will have experience in FMCG, consumer or pharmaceutical industries.
- Ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day warehouse operations
- Manage all logistics operations, including freight procurement, contract negotiation, and relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines
- Implement a global demand planning strategy
- Ensure that all inventory is accounted for and stored correctly
- Maintain strong compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in operations and logistics management, ideally in a global supply chain environment. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in demand planning and freight procurement. Highly proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
