Summary: We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take ownership of a busy and diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and operational performance. Must have experience of managing 150+ fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven and strategic individual who enjoys using analytics to optimise fleet performance and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the fleet, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and utilisation.
- Oversee all fleet compliance, including Operator Licence requirements, maintenance schedules, MOTs, inspections, and legal obligations.
- Analyse fleet performance data and produce detailed reports and KPIs.
- Drive optimisation initiatives to improve vehicle utilisation, reduce operating costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage fleet maintenance providers and supplier relationships.
- Monitor fuel usage, fleet costs, and identify opportunities for savings.
- Develop and implement fleet strategies that support business growth and operational performance.
- Ensure all compliance documentation and records are maintained accurately.
