Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, manage full-cycle road freight forwarding operations, including quoting, booking, routing, and documentation.
- Coordinate efficiently with suppliers, hauliers, and partner agents to ensure on-time delivery and a smooth execution of domestic and international freight services.
- Oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive updates and problem-solving support.
- Work collaboratively across the wider operations team to support multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, and road).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
