Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced Assistant Transport Manager to support the Transport Manager in the day-to-day management of their driver operation.
You will lead a large team of 55+ route drivers and 10+ emergency drivers, working closely with the Driver Trainer to maintain high standards of performance, attendance, compliance and customer service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced transport environment.
