An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a highly respected and well-established warehousing and storage business with a strong presence across the UK. The role will have responsibility for leading the on-site team at the Bristol branch and ensuring that customer experience is excellent and branch performance is at the required level. This is a site-based role.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching, leading and motivating the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sales and financial targets are met.
- Overlooking individual performance to identify patterns, areas for improvement and resolving operational issues.
- Develop and maintain existing accounts whilst driving revenue growth through upselling and new business acquisition.
- Oversee the letting of storage rooms and office space, manage merchandise sales and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
- At least 2 years' management experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, retail or hospitality.
- A minimum of 2 years' management or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, as required by the business.
