We are seeking a proactive and highly organised 3PL Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing supply chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong third-party logistics (3PL) experience who enjoys working at the heart of warehouse operations, stock management, and supply chain coordination. You will act as the key link between the business and our external warehouse providers, ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and service excellence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure operational and service level expectations are achieved
  • Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs, and inventory accuracy across 3PL locations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements and resolve any operational issues
  • Maintain and update ERP systems, ensuring accurate stock and transactional data
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and work closely with 3PL partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Produce operational and inventory reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing and supply chain functions
