Summary: We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Traffic Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong traffic and transport knowledge who thrives in an environment where accuracy, communication, and problem solving are key. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day traffic function, ensuring all planning, routing, and data entry activities are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily traffic and transport activities across the operation
  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor deliveries and respond to operational issues proactively
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate transport records and operational documentation
