We are currently recruiting for two Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Leeds. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a growing business that values attitude, resilience, and progression. Previous transport or logistics experience is not essential. We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds; however, strong customer-facing experience is a must. Whether your experience comes from retail, hospitality, call centres, sales, or another service-led environment, the business is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and solving problems.

The Role

  • Providing a high standard of customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the depot.
  • Handling customer queries both verbally and in writing.
  • Monitoring deliveries and liaising with internal teams and network depots.
  • Ensuring customer expectations and service levels are consistently achieved.

This is a fast-moving environment where communication, organisation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Monitoring customer deliveries and updating customers accordingly.
  • Resolving customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring communication within the depot and wider network is effective.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers, depots, and colleagues.
  • Supporting internal reporting and operational administration.
  • Assisting other departments where required, including operational support.
  • Maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions.
