We are seeking an experienced Interim Inventory Specialist to support manufacturing operations across multiple sites within the EMEA region. This is a highly hands-on, mobile role requiring regular travel from site to site, assessing current inventory practices and implementing best-practice solutions.

You will work closely with local leadership, supply chain, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies, standardise processes, and deliver tangible improvements in inventory accuracy, working capital, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively across EMEA manufacturing sites to assess inventory management practices
  • Review and analyse inventory processes, controls, and data integrity
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across all stages of inventory flow
  • Implement best-practice inventory management processes and standards
  • Support stock optimisation, obsolescence reduction, and accuracy improvements
  • Partner with site teams to drive sustainable change and knowledge transfer
  • Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments (essential)
  • Proven experience in inventory management, materials management, or supply chain roles
