Our client are continuing to expand, and we are currently seeking an experienced SOL Administrator Service Office Leader with the management of FLT/PPT drivers, as well as activities relating to goods in and goods out.
The role also includes responsibility for completing essential administrative duties.
Role Responsibilities

- PC / IT Skills - Able to complete all duties requiring use of application such as Share Point, Excel, Word, Emails and Teams.
- Complete hourly trackers, shift reports and site management information systems
- Have people management skills and be able to complete basic HR duties eg return to work, holiday booking
- Conscientious - Reliable, honest and treats people with respect. Always willing to do their best and drive performance
- Personal Development - Is actively trying to improve their own performance, seeking out development opportunities and fully participating in any courses/training/coaching provided.

- Strong PC Literacy including Word & Excel in a business capacity
- Knowledge of driver's hours is beneficial but not essential
