Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Summary: Monday-Friday 07.00-15.30/08.00-16.30 or 18.00-02.00 fixed shifts. We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems and Administration Co‑ordinator to join a growing forward‑thinking business in Cannock. This role provides essential support across the full employee life cycle, managing HR administration processes, maintaining HR systems, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance through auditing, reporting, and analytics. This is a varied and hands‑on role. You will play an integral part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our client's HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and databases to monitor KPIs and support operational improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and present actionable recommendations to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous administrative and system experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
