Summary: At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join, lead and manage a small team for a growing business. You will play a crucial role by managing your team, overseeing daily operations, maximising efficiency, and developing and maintaining processes and procedures. If you have proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role, preferable within a 3PL or SME and hold a forklift counterbalance license, great; if you have Bonded or Food experience, even better!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Teams operations, including goods in, cross doc, picking and packing.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimise productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
