An opportunity for an Indirect Procurement specialist with a range of experience across Professional Services, HR, FM, Marketing category spend to partner with key stakeholders across the business, supporting end to end procurement activity and post contract supplier management. Management of indirect procurement categories, which may include HR, Professional Services, FM, Marketing, Legal Partner with stakeholders to define a collaborative approach to sourcing and ongoing third party management for assigned business areas. Lead the delivery of end-to-end Procurement activity for assigned business areas, including sourcing approach, pre-qualification, tender, negotiation, preparation of contract, due diligence, onboarding, renewals and offboarding. Work collaboratively with Legal in the drafting of commercial contracts. Contribute to the delivery of cost reductions, efficiency’s and value opportunities through delivery of Procurement and third party management activities. Work with the business to develop and maintain an external network of Procurement and Third Party Management contacts to develop category expertise and drive market insight.
