We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to support the operational management of an Asian Restaurant business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the restaurant.
- To maintain accurate staff and business records, including rotas, payroll inputs, timesheets, and absence data, in line with data protection requirements.
- To coordinate with management, front-of-house, kitchen teams, and suppliers.
- To support service standards and cost control.
- To assist with staff scheduling, operational planning, and event coordination.
- To liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, quality checks, and invoice queries, supporting product quality control.
- To manage delivery aggregator refunds and ensure general compliance with online ordering and delivery platforms.
- To prepare reports and management documentation, and ensure ongoing compliance with food safety, health and safety, licensing, and internal quality requirements.
