Birtwistle’s is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Manchester site. You will lead recruitment campaigns, onboard new staff and provide HR guidance to staff and managers.
The role focuses on recruitment activities from advert creation through to onboarding, with a broader HR remit across the organisation. You'll support the HR function to ensure consistency with company strategy, handling ER issues and advising managers on employee relations and policies.
