Role Overview The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Working hours are either Sunday to Thursday working 07.00-16.00 (plus occasional Saturday working to meet business needs 07.00-12.00) OR Monday to Friday 20.00-06.00, with additional flexibility where required. We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: butcher, food hygiene, health & safety, customer service, knife skills, factory, commercial acumen, communication, food preparation, and butchery cuts.
