Birtwistle’s is seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Advisor to strengthen the HR function across our manufacturing sites. You will manage recruitment campaigns, support onboarding, and provide HR guidance to staff and managers in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle end-to-end recruitment, write engaging adverts, conduct interviews, manage onboarding administration, and advise on Employee Relations while ensuring policy compliance and a positive site.
