Our culture is the foundation of our business and is reflected in our Mission, Vision and Values statements., Reporting to the General Manager, the main purpose of this Intake Manager role is to ensure the effective running of the Goods Inwards department and stock management. Working closely with the wider purchasing, technical, and management team, this role is key to delivering stock and managing the transit of stock throughout the business.
Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 and Saturday on a rota, 07:00 – 12:00; however, the role will demand a flexible approach to deliver the needs of the business.
We require someone with a friendly personality and the ability to be able to develop good working relationships across the business and develop their team.
Main Responsibilities

The day-to-day management of the intake team

Ensuring intake traceability systems are managed and controlled

Timely receipt of all goods/deliveries and control of the intake schedule

QA/QC of all deliveries, ensuring the quality/weight is to agreed orders and specifications

Stock rotation and stock management of all goods
