Role Overview The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Working hours are either Sunday to Thursday (plus occasional Saturday working to meet business needs) OR Monday to Friday, with additional flexibility where required.

We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: butcher, food hygiene, health safety, customer service, knife skills, factory, commercial acumen, communication, food preparation, and butchery cuts.
